Alastair Stephen is Scottish & Southern Energy's Fisheries Biologist. He previously worked as the biologist for the West Galloway Fisheries Trust and was involved in its formation. Alastair was instrumental in establishing the SFCC and was the Chairman of the initial steering group. Scottish Hydro-Electric (now SSE) provided substantial startup funding to employ the SFCC's Development Officer in the first years.
