Outdoor First Aid (2-day fully certified)

This course aims to prepare any person who will be more than 30 minutes from a medical establishment or outside assistance to provide ongoing patient care.

Award
Successful candidates will be awarded 2 certificates of competence from the SQA recognised awarding body ITC, one in Outdoor First Aid Training and one in Emergency First Aid at Work. There is also a vocational award at level 5 in Outdoor First Aid with unit credits.

Assessment
To successfully complete the training you must attend all sessions. Candidates will demonstrate competence in practical exercises, with evidence gathered by trainer by using ongoing assessment.
Duration -16 hours over 2 days, start at 08.45- and finish at 18.00 on both days.
